P&G offers a job opportunity in Morocco to work as a sales key account specialist. The sales department leads the collaboration with the company's customers and develops strategic selling concepts and activities to grow the business and the customers’ sales. Company works with customers, whether in stores, retailers, headquarters, influencers or end-users, to align strategies and exchange capabilities, competencies and assets. The common objective is that both companies achieve greater turnover, market share and profitability than they could have achieved separately.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree with 0 to 5 years of sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred).
  • Have leadership skills and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people.
  • Have an external focus and a real passion for sales.
  • Like to bring creativity and innovation to your work.
  • Have strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Good command of the French and English local language.
  • Be a Moroccan citizen.

Your Responsibilities:

As a sales key account specialist you will:

  1. Impact brands that touch consumers' lives all over the world while influencing customers and distributors to build their business through merchandising and pricing actions on the brands.
  2. Develop assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research.
  3. Design business plans which will deliver each brand volume, share objectives while helping customers develop programs which will build the business for them and the company.
  4. Be the company's external face in the market as the company will offer you an outstanding opportunity to work with the customers (retailers) in activities spanning from field sales to key account management and sales support in different teams.
