The United Nations is offering an online volunteer opportunity to support UNESCO's Jordan Social Media Management. UNESCO Jordan's aim is to expand its social media presence in the country to enable strategic and focused advocacy and outreach in the future.

Tasks:-

  • Map social media trends and hashtags in the country and region. 
  • Compile a list of the International Days in 2020 and prepare posts for each one in alignment with UNESCO's mandate. 
  • Compile a list of social media influencers in the country and the region. 
  • Compile a list of partners' social media accounts from the public sector, private sector, civil society, and NGO's.

Requirements:-

  • Candidates should have previous experience with social media management, excellent communication and strong writing skills, savvy with social media applications and content management systems. 
  • A degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field is considered an asset.
  • You must be good at English.

Conditions:-
