Huawei Global Theme Design Awards is now officially welcoming entries from talented designers. Huawei celebrate exciting designers and thinkers from all over the world. Over four years, tens of thousands of the world’s finest designers, animators, and creators have accepted the challenge. The theme for the 2020 contest is “Visionary Art”. Our aim is to bring together the world’s foremost creative minds to explore the future of mobile aesthetics. Together, we will investigate how we can bring commercial, aesthetic, and cultural value to over 170 countries and regions, and more than 600 million Huawei users.

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over.

You warrant that you possess an independent, complete, clear, and undisputable copyright of your entry for the Competition; your entry has not been previously used in a commercial setting (with or without compensation) except for the Themes app on Huawei or Honor mobile phones; your entry is original, not a plagiarism or misappropriation of other people’s works; you own the copyright of your entry when you submit it for the Competition; and your entry does not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, and rights of portrait, reputation, and privacy.

There are four categories: Mobile Themes, Wallpapers, Watch Faces, and Cities. For each category, you’ll submit a design concept. You can also provide a video, so they can see your concept in action.
