Film Freeway invites filmmakers from all over the world to participate at DO PÃO International Documentary Film Festival in Albergaria-a-VeIha, Portugal. The cinema that seeks in bread it's essence, a milenar experience, a tradition and a revolution that always surprise us. Basic of world food, bread has in Albergaria-a-VeIha its annual celebration that the documentary film now expands in a visibility without geographical boundaries.

Films Categories:

Feature and short DOCUMENTARIES, not available on web, which will incorporate one of the following categories:

Category 1 - less than 30 minutes;
Category 2 - longer than 30 minutes.

Prizes:

The following cash prizes will be awarded:

1st Place Category 1 - 1000 €;
1st Place Category 2 - 2000 €.

Selection:

The organization informs the participants of the works selected in the competition. The selection results will also be announced on the Festival website.

Jury:

The jury will be composed of personalities to the organization's invitation.

Secreening the selected films:

The selected films will be shown in one of the following formats: HD (1080p), preferably with H264 compression.
The films must reach the organization via the web platform data transfer (www.wetransfer.com or other similar).
The submission of films is the responsibility of producers / authors to automatically assign all their rights to display this Festival and in the promotion of it in specifically scheduled sessions for this purpose.
Producers / authors authorize, equally automatically, screening up to 10% of the film in all media to publicize the Festival or the media.
The entry of a film implies the automatic acceptance of all items of this Regulation. Any further questions or issues that may arise will be clarified or resolved by the organization.

Transport of Works:

Shipping of the films will be the responsibility of the competitors.
The selection DVD will not be returned.
