Ernst & Young is seeking a talented IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst to join the team and start work in Poland for 2020. The Hardware Asset Management Analyst performs multiple, sometimes complex asset management support activities. The role is responsible for normal operations of the processes including data analysis, exception identification, reporting, and tracking compliance. The role helps to ensure that the mechanics of the processes are monitored, identifies opportunities for improvements, and works with the HAM Senior Analyst and/or HAM Asset Manager to implement. The role will also assist in completion of routine & complex work requests associated with the process, as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy, procedures, and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Independently validates information from multiple sources. Specifies and applies appropriate analytical techniques and reports results to internal customers and management.
- Takes responsibility for understanding where there are breakdowns in the asset management process. Identifies, evaluates and recommends options.
- Experience with reconciliation of IT Asset data to Fixed Asset data.
- Trains internal customers on asset management lifecycle procedures and tool usage.
- Supports and sometimes leads hardware asset management projects/initiatives.
Experience/Skill requirements:
- Strong understanding of the hardware asset management lifecycle.
- Strong experience with data analysis/remediation (i.e., ensuring data is complete and correct).
- Experience with IT Asset Management tools (preferably ServiceNow).
- Experience with leading small projects/initiatives.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent Communication skills (i.e., email writing; presentation skills.
- Experience working in a virtual environment.
