The Department of Physics at Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position in weak gravitational lensing with Prof. Rachel Mandelbaum.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work broadly in the areas of weak lensing and large-scale structure, including theory predictions; analysis of existing datasets such as HSC; preparation for future datasets such as Rubin Observatorys LSST, Roman Space Telescope, and Euclid; and development of new analysis methodology, including applications of statistics and machine learning in this field.
