Position Summary:

The Associate Registrar takes a leadership role in the overall operation of the University Registrar’s office and in other Enrollment Management or university functions as needed. Additionally, the Associate Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of student records ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of information, and ensures compliance with the Family Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and all other applicable laws and regulations.

Education and Experience:

– Bachelors degree. Four years of records management experience and two years of supervisory experience.

Preferred: Masters degree and at least two years of work experience in a college/university registrars office. Familiarity with Ellucian DegreeWorks and experience using Banner Student Admin.
