Leaders of Tomorrow Organization is seeking a passionate and creative Project Officer to work on innovative projects in Jordan. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in good standing from an accredited university and any related experience. The successful candidate needs to show work independence, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different types of people, a good team player, unwavering attention to details and drive to succeed, as well as enjoying good leadership skills and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement an action plan to develop and launch the project including; logistic services, planning, field-based work.
2. Maintaining database, files, photo archives, evaluation forms, and media coverage.
3. assist to design a brand strategy and marketing plans. Identifying key messages, target audience, and the appropriate channel to get.
4. Design and implement an partnership strategy, and attracting the concerned parties ensuring the success of the project, and create a database for the partners.
5. Writing regular reports on the project presentation for the supervisor and the external concerned parties.
6. Developing and maintaining a strong long-term relationship with donors, media, local authority, political leaders, community leaders, and partners.
