Purpose

Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President for Academic Programs and Dean, Undergraduate & Graduate Studies, the Administrative Analyst/Specialist assists in leading, developing, overseeing, and supporting administrative and fiscal operations of the Office of Academic Programs and Undergraduate & Graduate Studies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Entry into this classification requires general knowledge and skills in the applicable administrative and/or program field with a foundational knowledge of public administrations principles, practices, and methods. Additionally, a bachelors degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis. And, evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.
