The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands is looking to hire a senior officer in charge of its Partnership Program( PP) , with a preference for a candidate with the Tunisian nationality. The PP is primarily responsible for the management of the Embassy’s partnership program in support of the Tunisian democratic transition process. It consists of 5 budget lines of which the two largest are the Shiraka (Arab-Dutch partnership) program to support sustainable transition and the Human Rights program. The other three are small budgets in support of Shiraka/Human Rights focused on visibility, communication and public diplomacy.

Status : Local
Mission: Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Tunis
Number of working hours : 38 hours weekly
Duration of placement: 12 months with the option to extend

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University Degree, preferably in the area of Political or Social Sciences
3-5 years of relevant experience
Must be fluent in spoken and written (Tunisian) Arabic, English and French
A good understanding of spoken and written Dutch is an advantage
Analytical and (report) writing skills
Good networking skills
