Erasmus Intern is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join the internship program that will last for 4-6 months starting Mid-August 2020 in Paris, France. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Call for films phase: you will develop the network and relays over NGO and feminists associations.
  2. Official Selection phase: you will participate in the screening of hundreds of films submitted to establish the Official Selection with the rest of the team.
  3. Online Festival phase: you will participate in the promotion and distribution of the Official Selection to partners, media and the general public. 
  4. Award Ceremony: you will participate in the organization of this evening in Paris.

Qualifications: 

  1. These missions require a great deal of telephone fluency and an excellent level of written and spoken English. Mastery of another European language is a very important asset. 
  2. Level Bac+4 to Bac+5 (University, Business School, Political Science...).
  3. Relational ease, dynamism, autonomy.
  4. You already have experience in an association or a company in the planning  of a professional or general public event, on internship and/or as a volunteer.
  5. You have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
  6. You are fluent in a second language, both written and spoken.
  7. You master Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
