Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Administrative Officer, and overall supervision of the Deputy Director of Administration, ECCC/ Coordinator of UNAKRT, the incumbent is required to perform the following functions:

Qualifications

Education

Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or related field. A relevant first-level university degree in the above fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Work Experience

A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in finance, administration, budget, business administration, or related area.

Likewise, experience in Financial Regulations and Rules within the United Nations Common System or international organizations is desirable.

Also, with an international/ad hoc tribunal is desirable.

Additionally, experience in the use of financial accounting module in the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems e.g. SAP is desirable.

Languages

English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post, the incumbent must have fluency in English. Knowledge of another UN official language is an advantage.
