Applications are now opened for the Niagara College Canada Scholarships. The Scholarship is offered by the university to support international students willing to study at the college Niagara in Canada. The scholarship will be awarded to those who has been admitted to a Niagara College academic program for the upcoming school year.
The Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology (usually called Niagara College or Niagara College Canada) is a public College of Applied Arts and Technology within the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario, Canada. The college offers over 100 post-secondary diploma, baccalaureate degrees and advanced level programs. The continuing education division attracts approximately 15,000 registrants to more than 600 courses each year. The college has three campuses with 9,000 full-time students, including more than 4000 international students from more than 60 countries.
Selected applicants for the Niagara College Scholarship programme will receive an award of $2,000.
To be eligible for the scholarship, candidates must satisfy criteria below depending on the scholarship they are willing to apply for:
International student who is a resident of any nation in Africa Continent and has been admitted to a NC academic program for the upcoming school year.
International student who is a resident of Ukraine and has been admitted to a program at Niagara College for September or January of the upcoming school year.
International student who is a resident of the USA, and has been admitted to any 2, 3 or 4 year Business or Technology program for September or January of the upcoming year.
International student who is a resident of Turkey and has been admitted to a NC academic program for the upcoming school year.
Student must already be approved for a Lyford Cay Foundation Technical Training Scholarship or a Canadian Lyford Cay Foundation Scholarship. Accepted to one of these NC programs: Hospitality Operations Management (Co-op), Photonics Engineering Technology, Chef Training, Culinary Management (Co-op), Motive Power Technician (Co-op), Construction Techniques, Construction Engineering Technology.
International student who is a resident of Latin America and has been admitted to a NC academic program for the upcoming school year.
International student who is currently studying in Canada or has recently completed studies in Canada with a valid study permit that is transferring to NC or applying to their second program of study at NC
An international student that has completed or is currently registered in their final year of any academic program at Niagara College and is entering a Graduate (Post-Graduate) program in the same or next academic year.
Any International student who has completed over 12 months in our ESL program. Programs from these streams: Business Administration, Business Accounting, Computer Programmer Analyst, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Tourism, or any Graduate program.
International student who is a resident of an approved CIS country (Azerbaijan, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia) and has been admitted to an academic program at Niagara College for the upcoming school year.
International student who is a resident of a Caribbean country and has been admitted to an academic program at Niagara College for the upcoming school year.
To benefit from this scholarship, applicants must have applied and get been admitted to a Niagara College academic program.
