Title: Coordinator Disability Support Services

Position Overview:

The incumbent coordinates student programs and/or services to assist and/or promote students with disabilities, to assist with recruitment, growth, access, success, retention, or extracurricular development of the student. Review and maintain student records and generate reports for the department. Additionally, coordinate the development and/or preparation of informational materials relevant to the department. Also, recruit or coordinate related programs and events for organization(s), programs, and/or projects.

Additionally. he/she may assist in educational-related activities related to the accreditation process. Likewise, s/he interacts with faculty, staff, leaders, and community members. Likewise, develops and manages assigned client relationships in a manner consistent with policies and procedures. Furthermore, may create presentations or marketing materials for the program. May coordinate or supervise program projects or events. May oversee the administrative duties/function of a program.

Qualifications for Vacancy for Coordinator

Required:

Requires a Bachelors degree in a job-related field plus 3+ years of equivalent work experience in a chosen field or 7+ years of equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Additionally, the candidate requires the application of expertise in a chosen field to achieve results.

Preferred:

5 years experience in related field with 1 year in leadership.
