Unifonic is looking for a talented Enterprise Project Manager to join the team and work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 2020.

Tasks:

Gather business requirements, document functional, and design specifications.
Identify resources needed and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.
Assess and manage risks, measure and report progress, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints.
Identify, build, and manage the project management team for each project.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
Ensure the projects delivered to meet and exceed customer expectations through outstanding communication and delivery.
Create and drive transformational PMO culture.
Work with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support) to ensure we maintain an agile feedback loop and address issues encountered by customers.
Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

Hands-on 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
A track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building.
Business acumen mixed with a technical understanding of technical platforms, APIs, SaaS, etc.
Experience working with remote/global teams.
Previous experience in B2B tech industries and SaaS.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
Customer-centric, problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Project-management skills and stakeholder management.
Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Master's degree in a related field.
Previous experience in a technical team (eg: Engineering).
