Aramex is looking for a talented Labor Market Information Operations Analyst to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan for 2020-2021. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training and support for LMI Specialists, Coordinators and Runners with regards to Aramex internal systems, LMI platforms and LMI processes.
  2. Provide the Regional LMI Leaders with the required system access, SOPs and the needed training materials to run LMI operations while implementing on ground operations.
  3. Regularly maintain the routes and cities on the system according to LMI operational needs.
  4. Gather the accounting requirements to facilitate payments for Fleet and SPOT in the new launched markets.
  5.  Conduct payments processes in new markets and follow up with the local accounting to resolve all issues and complications for standardization.
  6. Onboard the LMI Community Operations team on standardized payments and handover the simple and ongoing process.
  7. Produce daily reports that will enable the tracking of the LMI return product.
  8. Collect and validate data to identify and eliminate discrepancies from the return product.
  9. Work closely with the LMI Analytics team to ensure the availability of capacity for the return product.
  10. Perform preliminary research for new markets to enable a smooth launch.
  11. Collect data and work closely with the LMI Operations Associate to conduct feasibility studies of Aramex operational setup in new markets.

 Job Requirements:

  1. Great communication and presentation skills to be able to deliver the right message across to different parties in any given scenario.
  2. Ability to learn fast.
  3. Able to conduct detailed market research and have critical thinking skills.
  4. Expert in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Team player, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  6. Personal commitment to stay up to date with all technology related concepts.
  7. Flexibility, versatility, and dependability.
  8. Ability to thrive in a challenging working atmosphere.
  9. Excellent command in English.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
