Aramex offers a job opportunity as an Internal Audit Manager to join the team in Amman, Jordan for 2020-2021.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform IT related audit engagements as highlighted in the audit plan.
  2. Participate in developing Risk assessment for Aramex global IT infrastructure and control environment.
  3. Support in department internal digitizing strategy.
  4. Develop IT audit programs based on RBA (Risk based audit) methodology.
  5. Lead technology audits, technology project reviews, and technology audit work in audits of business processes (integrated audits), to identify and evaluate key operational risks and related controls.
  6. Engage with process owners and stakeholders to stay informed of changes and new initiatives within the business and technology areas and sharing audit perspectives relating to risk identification and mitigation.
  7. Develop new audit technologies, revise existing procedures, and perform risks analyses of areas to determine the frequency of audits.
  8. Identify and analyze complex issues, problems and improvement opportunities and develop conclusions and recommendations.
  9. Verify or review audit evidence, prepare audit plans, workpapers, findings, status reports and audit report.
  10. Lead follow-up reviews to ensure that appropriate corrective actions have been implemented by client management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any IT related field.
  2. Certificates: CISA certification would be an advantage.
  3. 4-7 Years of experience (in IT audit, internal/external audit, security testing experience and Knowledge in auditing IT related projects).
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. IT security and infrastructure knowledge.
  6. Knowledge of operating system platforms.
  7. Report writing and documentation skills.
  8. CAATs experience.
  9. Risk Management & ERM framework.
  10. Coso – Internal Controls.
