Apply for the Vacancy for GIS Analyst at WRI in India. Our work focuses on building sustainable and livable cities and working towards a low carbon economy.

Position Overview:

The GIS Analyst will be a key member of WRI Indias Ross Centre for Sustainable Cities Geo Analytics team and will work on a variety of data driven analyses across our core practice areas, leveraging data, information and technical expertise to make informed urban infrastructure choices and design. Additionally, the role involves working with colleagues across cohorts, providing core analytical expertise and customized visualization insights using appropriate spatial modeling tools and methods.

Duties

The incumbent will have the following duties

Research & Analysis (70%)

Technical Support & Outreach (30%)

Qualifications:

The incumbent must meet the given criteria

Bachelors degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, Geomatics, Geo-informatics, Remote Sensing or other related fields, Masters degree preferred.

Potential Salary : 6,00,000 to 7,50,000 INR
