Disney is looking for a talented Marketing Campaign Analyst to join the team and work in California, United States for 2020. The mission of the Customer Information Management team is to optimize the value of customer data for use in building direct customer relationships and delivering relevant customer experiences across The Walt Disney Company’s brands and businesses globally. As a central resource for company-wide customer data, the team partners with stakeholders across the company to establish data practices, policies and capabilities to collect, use and share data in support business objectives, while maintaining respectful consumer data practices. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Enrich enterprise data assets by identifying and executing data acquisition opportunities and strategies, including those executed internally and/or with third parties.
  2. Deliver customer data analytics / decision science subject matter expertise and services to TWDC businesses.
  3. Establish global, company-wide standards and business policies for collection, sharing and use of customer information.
  4. Own and operate enterprise-wide tools and capabilities, including the enterprise-wide customer data marketing and analytics environment and any company-wide customer-facing tools (e.g., customer preference centers, account management tools).
  5. Within Customer Information Management, the Campaign Services Team strives to provide a level of expertise and support to The Walt Disney Company when it comes to utilization of data for marketing use. By providing this support, it allows BUs to focus on their core marketing principles, while the Campaign Services team helps execute their objectives.
  6. Provide guidance and leadership to various Disney business units in all aspects of CRM, including deployment strategy, audience selection, creative design and reporting.
  7. Assist with the daily operations and deployment of CRM email campaigns through Email Service Provider
  8. Design and code email creative through the use of HTML, Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
  9. Assist with gathering key metrics for to fulfill reporting requirements for CRM campaigns.
  10. Meet with business unit representatives and provide insights/analytics in regards to campaign performance.
  11. Manage audience selection and CRM best practices for each email campaign.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. 2 years or more CRM/email experience.
  3. Campaign Management.
  4. CRM Tools (i.e. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce)
  5. HTML.
  6. Microsoft Suite.
  7. Adobe Dreamweaver.
  8. Adobe Photoshop.
  9. Preferred Qualifications:
  10. SQL Knowledge preferred.
  11. Strong communication skills preferred.
