Deakin University is offering HDR International Scholarships for international and domestic students. As we all know, education is important to give all people economic opportunities. That’s why, Deakin University is providing this excellent programme to deserving candidates.

The programme is open to inspired and talented students who wish to pursue their studies at Deakin University.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Applications are accepted for both international and domestic students around the world.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: PhD degree programme in any subject area.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must be enrolling full-time and hold an honours degree (first class) or an equivalent standard master’s degree with a significant research portion.
  • BEng(Hons), BSc(Hons) or MSc (preferred) in materials engineering, materials science, chemistry, or physics
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct scientific research through either refereed journal publications or excellent project marks

Offered Benefits

The Deakin University will provide a stipend of $28,600 per annum tax exempt (2021 rate) and a relocation allowance of $500 – $1500 (for single to family) for students moving from interstate or overseas.

  • How to Apply: To be considered for the opportunity, applicants must take admission in the PhD degree coursework at Deakin University. After that, the student has to apply online for the programme.
  • Supporting Documents: To be eligible for the programme applicants must meet the documents required at the university.
  • Admission Requirements: For taking admission, students are required to meet the entry requirements of their chosen program.
