Aramex offers a job opportunity in Saudi as a logistics supervisor who will implement and execute all warehousing activities assigned to them efficiently as per standards to ensure meeting SLAs.

Eligibility:

You must have:

Be a Saudi national industrial engineer.
Demonstrated experience in process improvements, cost reduction and operations planning.
Demonstrated experience in supplier management.
Demonstrated experience in profit & loss analysis.
Provides clear communication.
Ability to galvanize and lead the team.
Strong priority and time management skills.
Ability to problems solving.
Demonstrates empathy and respect.
Be engaging and approachable.
Excellent system knowledge.
Keen understanding of operational efficiency & cost optimization.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

Perform operational procedures to ensure high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
Meet customer’s SLA’s for all customers.
Report any information that might impact company image and brand or functioning.
Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed for HR & training.
Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems and the processing of work orders.
Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
Train and develop direct reports.
Monitor and manage the team to ensure performance is up to standard.
Utilize available resources and assets to meet customer’s SLA.
Adhere to company HSSE, compliance, and sustainability corporate policies, processes, and standards and continually evaluates the compliance.
Act on all assigned outcomes of the quality audits.
Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations.
Measuring, tracking, and monitoring the P&L across the logistics team.
Ensure operations are running as per standards to avoid any type of losses.
Maintaining cost reduction initiatives.
Run the operations to avoid loss or damage related to human, customer goods, or facility.
Hands-on approach in driving continuous improvement & facilities transformation projects.
Strong experience in project management, automation, and financial cost analysis.
Deliver tangible and sustainable topline growth and/or bottom-line operational savings.
Work closely with the logistics team on the ground.
Work with supply chain & logistics operations managers to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Strong experience in supplier management to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize asset utilization.
Provide ongoing support to logistics teams and communicates P&L and/or facilities renovation information/news to warehouse management, staff, and employees.
Support the evaluation of emerging digital improvement tools, systems, and processes.
