The University of Westminster is inviting applications for the full-time studentship in the Faculty of Science and Technology starting in September 2017. UK/EU applicants are eligible to apply for this studentship program.
University of Westminster prestigious scholarship is aimed at fully funding a student for full-time studies.
The University of Westminster is a public research university in London, United Kingdom. Its antecedent institution, the Royal Polytechnic Institution, was founded in 1838 and was the first polytechnic institution in the UK. The Aim of the University is too vibrant learning environment – fostering innovation and creativity, informed by practice, inspired by research, focusing on the globally relevant areas in which we excel.
The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
Eligible candidates will hold at least an upper second class honors degree and preferably a Master’s degree. Candidates whose secondary level education has not been conducted in the medium of English should also demonstrate evidence of appropriate English language proficiency, normally defined as 6.5 in IELTS (with not less than 6.0 in any of the individual elements).
The scholarship is offered on a full-time basis to UK/EU students over 3 years. It will cover fees and includes a £10,000 GBP annual stipend and bench fees/consumables of £2,700 GBP. The scholarship is made possible thanks to Brion Research Institute of Taiwan (Sun Ten Group) and Herbprime Co., Ltd.
