The Winter Research Program is coordinated by the Student Employability Centre in conjunction with UQ research units and is hosted during the inter-semester vacation period.
Students are expected to actively participate in the research experience to enhance their own educational outcomes.
Successful scholars will be required to undertake research activities between 20 and 36 hours per week and will receive a scholarship which is paid in one lump sum.
The Winter Research program is open to undergraduate (including honours) and postgraduate coursework students studying at The University of Queensland.
To be eligible to participate and receive a scholarship you must meet all of the following criteria:
