Schwarzman Scholars work towards a Master’s Degree in Global Affairs at Tsinghua University in Beijing.

The Schwarzman Scholarship is open to citizens from any country. The application timeline differs between U.S./Global applicants and passport or permanent resident card holders from Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.  Visit the correct website for your region.

Eligibility

  • Undergraduate degree or first degree from an accredited college or university
  • Candidates must be at least 18 but not yet 29 years of age as of August 1 of their Schwarzman Scholars enrolment year
  • Applicants must demonstrate strong English language proficiency

Scholarship value : Schwarzman Scholars is a fully-funded, one-year master’s degree and leadership program at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Scholars receive tuition and fees, room and board, in-country study tours, travel to and from Beijing, book and supplies, health insurance and stipend for personal expenses.
