Our group (Biology & Bioinformatics of Signaling Systems) is located at the Physiology of Reproduction and Behavior laboratory (Nouzilly, France). We study biased agonism at GPCR involved in reproduction and social interactions. Our experimental setting includes BRET, FRET and HTRF experiments, and we have in hands pharmacological tools such as chemicals or anti-GPCR antibody fragments. These data and tools are used to calibrate and validate ODE-based dynamic mathematical models.
In the context of the ABLISS ANR project, we are looking for a highly motivated and independent candidate with a PhD in cell signaling. Motivation for systems biology is important, along with a clear ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment. A background in GPCR biology and pharmacology would be an asset.
