The VCU Out-of-State Scholarship is sponsored with proceeds generated by the sale of class rings and graduation-related items through the Balfour Company. Virginia Commonwealth University values students who show evidence of strong academic performance, are actively involved in their campus community, and demonstrate leadership potential. This scholarship is available to all full-time VCU undergraduate students who are classified as Out-of-State for tuition purposes, including international students. Multiple scholarships in the amount of $7,500 each will be awarded.
