Each successful scholar will receive the 75% or 50% tuition fee at the University of Technology Sydney in Australia.

China

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible to apply for the Scholarship, an applicant must meet all the following criteria:

Must be an international student (not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia); and
Must have completed Senior Secondary School (Gao San) in China and undertaken the Gaokao administrated by Provincial or Municipal Education Examination Authority, China; and
Must meet all UTS admission criteria for the selected UTS undergraduate degree course; and
Must have completed the Gaokao with a competitive score, no longer than one year prior to commencing at UTS, and be admitted based on this qualification to UTS; and
Must commence full-time and on-campus (Sydney)[1]; and
Must not:
- be studying a UTS online degree or distance degree; or
- be a government sponsored student; or
- be a recipient of another UTS scholarship for the duration of this Scholarship.

Application Procedure:

UTS International will automatically consider all commencing international students from China who have completed the Gaokao no longer than one year prior to commencing at UTS and are applying for an undergraduate coursework program at UTS in Sydney.

Applications of eligible candidates will be presented to a Scholarships Selection Committee, which will undertake the selection of Recipients, usually in September/October for the Autumn session.
