The Raed Cartoon website invites illustrators around the world to participate in the 3rd Francisco de Quevedo International Competition in Spain. The theme of the works will be directly or indirectly related to the figure of Francisco de Quevedo y Villegas, the character or any theme related to his life or works may appear and they will have a clear humorous intention. In this edition, the theme of the works will be centered around the motto: “Quevedo and the Arts”. Arts is understood to be any of the 7 recognized fine arts: Architecture, Sculpture, Painting, Music, Literature, Dance and Cinema.
