The trucking industry is a vital part of society and is the backbone of our economy.

The trucking industry in the US alone produces 732.3 billion dollars in revenue. Additionally, there are 862,700 tractor-trailer or heavy truck drivers in the US, making it a large field with many opportunities for those interested in the field.

This scholarship seeks to support students who have family members in the transportation industry. This can include trucking, truck stops, gas stations, auto/truck repair or sales or any other associated profession tied to the transportation industry.

Any high school senior or undergraduate student who has this connection to the transportation industry may apply for this scholarship.
