Purpose: To encourage outstanding students who make an impact on their school and community.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a high school senior or currently enrolled undergraduate student. Students should be 16 years old or older and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicants do not have to have a disability to enter. A poem and personal statement on how using disability aids have added vitality to your life are required.
