Institution: Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST)
Purpose: To encourage engineering students to pursue careers in the iron and steel industry.
Eligibility: Applicants must be undergraduate sophomores who are enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university and be majoring in engineering. They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a four-point scale and must have a demonstrated career interest in the iron and steel industry. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
