Institution: Army Headquarters
Purpose: To provide scholarship funds for Army enlisted soldiers.
Eligibility: Applicants must be active duty enlisted members of the Army who wish to complete their baccalaureate degree requirements and obtain a commission. Recipients are required to serve in the U.S. Army. Applicants must also meet numerous U.S. Army related requirements, be a high school graduate or equivalent, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 (high school or college) and be a U.S. citizen under age 31.
