Eligibility: Applicants must be a second-year student at a two-year school planning to transfer to a four-year program, or a rising college sophomore or junior in a four-year program or rising senior in a five-year program enrolled in or planning to enroll in ABET- or ACCE-accredited construction or civil engineering programs pursuing a B.S. degree in construction or construction-related engineering.
