Institution: Cochlear Americas
Purpose: To support cochlear implant recipients.
Eligibility: Applicants must have received a Nucleus cochlear implant. They may be high school seniors, current college students or students who have been accepted into an institution of higher learning. Students must pursue a minimum of a three-year undergraduate degree at an accredited university. Criteria for selection include academic achievement and commitment to leadership and humanity. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required for all applicants.

How to Apply: Applications are available online. An application form, transcript, proof of university admission, list of activities and awards, personal statement, proof of age and citizenship and three letters of reference are required.
