Eligibility: Applicants must be graduating from the Wisconsin Dells High School with a minimum grade point average of 3.0. Students must plan to attend a post-secondary institution with the intentions of studying a medical or health-related field. Applicants should demonstrate good citizenship and involvement. Students must submit the local scholarship application form, a financial need statement, career plan, resume, transcripts and two letters of recommendation.
