A working knowledge of microbial diagnostics, PCR, next generation sequencing, mouse work and cell culture would be of benefit to someone working on this project.
You will demonstrate academic achievement in the fields of microbial diagnostics and the potential for scholastic success.
A background or knowledge of routine clinical microbiology testing within a pathology department is also highly desirable.
