We'll consider:

strength of personal statement outlining motivation to attend the course;
academic achievement, skills and experience as demonstrated by recent resumé.

The course will take place on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 June 2023. Please ensure that you are available on these dates. Recipients will be required to attend both days of the course.

About this scholarship:

Established in 2022 by the Mayne Academy of Surgery at The University of Queensland. The award wishes to honour A/Prof Gerard McCafferty, who throughout his distinguished career as an otorhinolaryngologist, has received numerous awards, which includes the Order of Australia, Medal of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, as well as being elected to honorary Life Membership by the Council of Ear Nose and Throat Head and Neck Surgeons in Australia (ASOHNS).)
