Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries : All nationalities
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects : The scholarship will be awarded for a Graduate degree in any subject offered by the university
  • Admissible Criteria : To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • 310 GRE with at least 150 in GRE Verbal AND 150 in GRE Quantitative AND 2.5 AWA or equivalent GMAT scores.
  • 25 U.S.A. equivalent cumulative undergraduate degree G.P.A. determined by a credential evaluation agency (www.naces.org) or relevant master’s degree from an accredited and approved institution.

Offered Benefits

The University of Memphis will provide Award amounts that vary and cover the difference in cost of international and domestic non-Tennessee resident tuition rates.

  • To maintain scholarship eligibility, graduate students must continuously enroll in full-time credit hours each fall and spring semester. Additionally, graduate students must earn a 3.0 UofM G.P.A. or higher every semester.
  • All scholarships are awarded for the academic year (fall and spring semesters only).
  • Awarding and Future eligibility:
  • The Award amount will be updated 48-72 hours after course registration
  • Award amounts are updated on a semester basis
  • All students are evaluated at the end of spring for future eligibility

Application Process

  • How to Apply:  To apply, applicants are obliged to  admission  to a Graduate degree at the university. After that, they can apply for this award.
  • Supporting Documents:  The following must be provided as accompanying application documents for admission: A pre-qualification degree, academic transcripts and awards, certificates of English language proficiency, a statement, and a copy of passport.
  • Admission Requirements:  The students must meet the university’s  requirements  for a Graduate degree.
  • Language Requirement:  Students must verify their English proficiency by completing their  English proficiency requirements .
