With this project we want to give you the opportunity to become a mentor to other young people, especially young people with fewer opportunities. Through peer learning and non-formal education initiatives, you'll be able to share your experiences and apprenticeships with them, to improve their skills and contributing to their personal, social, and professional success. To prepare you for the beginning of this mentoring/coaching process, you will have the opportunity to participate in some training sessions that will enable you to start a process of sharing knowledge, in a multiplier perspective to involve and connect more young volunteers who want to join the network. In this activity, you will have other tasks such as participating in the selection of other young people who want to join the group and support in the preparation of the various mentoring/coaching sessions. In addition, you will have a fundamental role in promoting opportunities at a European level for these young people.
