”Youth for Diversity and Inclusion” aims to contribute to the creation of an inclusive and tolerant community with focus on respecting human rights, creation of a community where all citizens respect each other, have equal chances and opportunities. Under the programme will be carried out activities that promote inclusion and cultural diversity, tolerance, human rights and gender equality. The thematic workshops will focus on bullying and hate speech, campaigns, forum theater activities, and workshops that approach the topic of human rights and gender equality. Volunteers will help in setting up workshops, events and campaigns, will participate in the elaboration of communication activities, will give assistance to participants during workshops and will have the opportunity to facilitate sessions, ice-breaking games etc. Also they will contribute to the daily activities of the host organization within the local community and different places from Dambovita region.
