Bu Khater Foundation for International Education Management and Development (BEAM) is looking for a dedicated registrar to join the team and help develop successful educational institutions in Dubai.

Requirements:
[1] Bachelor's degree as a minimum

[2] Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, supervision or enrollment in schools

[3] Coordinate with the school's accounts department in a timely manner to report on the status of enrollment of students and students likely to miss payment

Responsibilities:
[1] Receive all incoming calls and welcome visitors who inquire about the registration for the first time and follow up those inquiries from parents of new students as well as parents of students registered by

[2] Conciliation and coordination with existing and new parents with their inquiries, provide clarifications and try to resolve objections either over the phone or through e-mail or in person at the school

[3] Help give parents and students a tour of the campus

[4] Follow-up appointments and reminders

[5] Summon parents to inform them of the admission result and continue to contact them in a manner that convinces them to register

[6] Make an effort to present school decisions regarding the placement of children in lower grades in a manner that convinces the parent of the educational rationale for these decisions and their benefits to their children.

[7] Parents of registered students who are in the support service program are summoned to inform them of decisions regarding re-enrollment of their children

[8] Provide administrative assistance to the school and classroom activities such as field trips, presentations, editorials, open days, graduation ceremonies, special events, parent-teacher interviews, public relations, etc.

[9] Perform any administrative assistance or secretarial duties as required by the Director

[10] Coordinate with the school or financial accounting department on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on the time of year to inform and update accounts regarding the enrollment status of students and students likely to have defaulted installments.
