People in general and administrators, especially in all fields, suffer from the great work pressure and responsibility placed on them, which is not limited to the official working hours and extends outside the work as well, which exposes them to high tension and affects their social relationship, whether fellow employees or on a personal level. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the best ways to achieve a balance between work and personal life in order to maintain mental and physical health and to avoid any breakdown due to extreme fatigue and stress. In this course, some tips for balancing work and personal life will be presented to help employees organize their time and lives.

Course Team:
The course will be taught by Moataz Azar, who holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology - Abu Dhabi. In addition, Dina Al Twal holds a BA in Risk Management and Insurance from the American University of Madaba and holds a degree in Entrepreneurship Program from Indiana University - Kelly School of Business in the United States.
