About the Job Opportunity:
The Adeccome Group is looking for a dedicated D2 graphic designer to work closely with the marketing team in developing, implementing and delivering tactical sales, marketing materials, corporate branding and communication tools in Dubai, UAE. The designer will be responsible for generating ideas for creative design, developing visual communication concepts, images, graphics, technical guidance and production supervision to support the operational needs of business units.

Job Responsibilities:
[1] Develop and deliver innovative and visual communication, materials and tools with a clear interpretation of effective messages through the smart application of color, type, illustration, photography, graphic design and artistic trends

[2] Assist in translating marketing summaries into creative communication and campaign concepts, and implement design processes through online marketing channels including distinctive logos and brand endorsement of products and services

[3] Support the marketing team to proactively research, recommend and drive creative excellence by designing new and compelling ideas

[4] Support and build capacity to design internal exhibitions through timely and consistent delivery of technical marketing materials requirements through events

[5] Support and build brand identity for exhibitions and their visual assets, including expansion of corporate brand guidelines, corporate image banks, visual aids, visual aids, etc.

[6] Provide quality and timely technical design to operational marketing requirements

[7] Ensure that all creative materials are developed in accordance with brand guidelines

[8] Coordinate with external suppliers and ensure good and timely production of all marketing guarantees

[9] Actively participate in customer-specific meetings to identify new design concepts, presentation approaches and innovative ideas across the media (including digital) to provide creative and innovative solutions

[10] Participate in regular sessions with the internal marketing team to monitor the consistency of messages delivered through different media and channels
