Giving Children Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing poverty through crises, disasters, health and community development, is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to work in the California office as a trainee accountant. The apprentice works in accounting departments to build practical experience in accounting systems. He also assists in the cost analysis of software, which includes data collection, the creation of accounting pages and reports using Excel and Word programs.
Applicants must have the following eligibility criteria:
[1] Powerful Excel skills and accounting software
[2] Ability to analyze financial data and conduct statistical work
[3] Good interpersonal skills
[4] Ability to work within a team
[5] Student in the year of graduation or recent graduation
The applicant gets valuable practical experience that can be applied in the future in the private or government sector.
