AIESEC has an opening for a Volunteer to work on "Share The Future" project which aims to provide Malaysian orphaned children with quality education. Share The Future Project was initiated to address the issue of literacy amongst underprivileged children and to provide them with a cross-cultural education opportunity. Volunteers will mainly focus on cultural sharing and teaching basic English to the children. Improve English proficiency and other academic subjects such as Mathematics and Science among children in the homes. Create cross-cultural understanding among youths in Malaysia with the EPs as well as promote Malaysia and Malaysian culture. The period of the voluntary work will last for six weeks, during which AIESEC will provide volunteers with accommodation and food (3 meals per day).

Thinker Activity - Complete social challenges with the locals to get to know Malaysia more.
Global Village - Showcase your country's culture together with other countries.
Teach and guide the children in their homework.
Teach the children new things or subjects (English, Mathematics etc).
Help out in some cleaning and housework chores.
Play with the children.
Take care of the children.

Eligibility

Background in Education.
Skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.
Proficiency in English.
Study Levels: Associate Degree, Bachelor, Doctorate, High School, Masters, Other Tertiary Education.
