Alshaya Group is looking to hire an Assistant Department Manager to join their branch that specializes in Harvey Nichols brand in Kuwait.

The Role

You will work with the Department Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales. You will coach and develop new and existing members of staff and deputise for the Sales Manager during periods of absence.

Qualifications & Requirements

You will have/be:

  1. PC literate.
  2. At least 3 years of retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level).
  3. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skills would also be an advantage).
  4. Experience with working in luxury brands.
