Grant to Support Students with $500 in Writing an Essay from Joys of Pearls

Pearls of Joy announces a scholarship program open to young adults entering college. The increasing costs of tuition, food, and board, books, and transportation can be a financial burden to students and their families – Pearls of Joy wants to be part of your solution.

The Scholarship Details:

To submit an entry in the Pearls of Joy Academic Scholarship Program, you must write and submit a 1,000+ word essay on this topic: What Do You Think Are the Most Exciting New Developments in the Pearl Industry?

Funding:

$500 each year to an individual to help alleviate the costs of their higher education.

The Scholarship Details:

  1. The article must be original, unique content created by the applicant.
  2. Applicants understand that Pearls of Joy reserves all rights to submitted content, and to publish an essay submitted to the contest without compensating the author. The winning essay will be published on the Pearls Of Joy Blog and social media pages.
  3. Our Founder and CEO, Kevin Canning, will be reviewing each submission carefully to determine who receives the award.

Application Guidelines:

  • Plan to attend, or currently attend an accredited college or university.
  • Include your contact information such as name, email address and phone number
  • Must have acquired acceptance to, or be enrolled at the college of his/her choice and must be an enrolled full-time student for the fall semester of 2019.

Note: Student applicant should note any special financial needs on their application form.
