The IT Operations Executive is responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks. He is also responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and continuously improving the company’s operating environment. Moreover, He is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the data center, as well as installing, configuring, maintaining and testing of PC/server operating systems, networks, utilities and hardware, troubleshooting problems as reported by users, supporting web access, electronic messaging services, maintaining a secure systems environment, installing new servers and maintaining the infrastructure.
