H&M offers a summer internship opportunity for business and engineering students. The trainee will work as a Business Controller within one of the global functions of the company; Assortment, Sales & Operations or Online Sales. The training will be at the company's head office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this training, an applicant must:

Be a business or Engineering student with one year left to graduation after the internship.
Have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
Have international experience from either work or studies.
Be fluent in English, Swedish is not mandatory.
Have experience within sales, store or e-commerce is meritorious.
Be driven and result-oriented talents who are eager to make a difference and want to grow with H&M.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to take your own initiatives.

Internship Period:

The Summer Internship will run from the 3rd of June until the 17th of July 2020.

Funding:

The internship is paid and the trainee will get more information about the offer during the recruitment process.

Benefits:

A mentor will be assigned to introduce the trainee to H&M.
The trainee will be part of the daily work as a Business Controller.
The trainee will attend several seminars held by company leaders.
The trainee will work as a Sales Advisor at H&M stores.
The trainee will work with a concrete case that will make a difference for his team and the business, which he will present at the end of the program.
