Photocrowd website invites all the photography lovers all over the world to join its Speed Photo Contest. There are several different techniques you can use to capture speed. Some of the best known are motion blur, panning or freeze-frame. Why not try something new and see what works best in different situations – there are endless possibilities here, from sport to transport to wildlife photography, and also more conceptual ideas.

Conditions:

This contest is open to subscribers (members on the Challenger, Pro and Master subscription tiers). However if you're not a paying subscriber you can still purchase entries for £2 (GBP) per image.

Rating Criteria:

  • Every photo submitted will be available for the crowd to rate once the submissions period has ended.
  • All the images uploaded to a contest can be seen, but the photos’ owners will need to rate them to see how they’re ranked once the rating period begins.
  • The contest  also has a judge. After the submission period closes the judge chooses their favorite images and writes some image reviews. The crowd and judge results will be announced on the same day.

Prize:

The winner of the expert category and the winner of the crowd vote will receive a $100 USD ON1 voucher for use on their acclaimed photo editing software products.
